In Liu Xishan's view, innovation is an important aspect of enterprise management and a key element in determining the direction, scale, and speed of company development. Liu Xishan is the founder of Qingdao Nanshu Taixing Technology Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the graphite industry for nearly 40 years, accumulating rich professional knowledge and experience, and has a unique and in-depth understanding and research of graphite products. He is a pioneer in the independent research and development of graphite products and applications. Since the establishment of the company in 2005, he has always adhered to the foundation of technological innovation, the business philosophy of superior quality, and the corporate spirit of people-oriented and dedication to society. He has been meticulously dedicated to the research, development, production, and application of new carbon materials, operating with craftsmanship and persistent innovation.

Under Liu Xishan's leadership, the company currently owns 32 invention and utility model patents. In 2014, it became the first "technology enterprise" in the city's graphite industry. It has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and environmental protection dual-system acceptance. It has also promulgated and implemented the industry's high-product standard [TS001-2018] for ultra-thin graphite heat dissipation films, and the market recognition of its products has gradually improved. Liu Xishan participated in the formulation of the industry group standard for graphene electric heating films and won the Shandong Provincial Circular Economy Science and Technology Achievement Award in 2018.

In order to promote scientific and technological progress and innovation, in 2011, Liu Xishan cooperated with Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) to successfully develop a high-thermal conductivity ultra-thin heat dissipation film. The successful development of this project filled a domestic gap, won the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund, and was included in Qingdao's emerging strategic new material support project. Currently, it has two ultra-thin heat dissipation film production lines with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters. The research and development of this project has effectively solved the problem of thermal management of electronic products and can be widely used in mobile phones, tablet computers, televisions, LEDs, and other communication equipment.

Starting in 2015, in response to the "coal-to-electricity" policy and people's pursuit of healthy living, Liu Xishan successively invested more than 3.1 million yuan and cooperated with Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) and Zhejiang University's School of Materials Science and Engineering to conduct research and development on graphene electric heating films and their various application products. After three years of unremitting efforts, at the end of 2017, Liu Xishan successfully broke through the technology of graphene inorganic composite electric heating films and graphene PTC (self-limiting temperature) electric heating films. The successful development of this technology has effectively solved the problems of pollution in the production process and oxidation attenuation in the application process of the original metal heating films (wires). The graphene inorganic composite electric heating film, tested by the infrared electric heating detection center, has an electric-heat conversion rate of over 98% and zero attenuation in a usage environment of 400℃, with an infinitely long service life. The graphene PTC (self-limiting temperature) electric heating film effectively solves the problem of constant-power electric heating film that has plagued the industry for many years. This technology is a technological revolution in electric heating films, once again filling the gap in industry technology, and is at the leading domestic and internationally advanced level.

Entering 2018, Liu Xishan successively invested more than 5 million yuan to improve production process technology and, together with relevant automation equipment manufacturers, jointly researched and put into production one graphene inorganic composite electric heating film die-cutting automated production line and one automated cutting production line, enabling the graphene inorganic composite electric heating film's process production to achieve standardized automated production with an annual production capacity of 3 million square meters. A graphene PTC slurry production process line, an automated PTC printing process production line, and a series of related supporting process equipment were researched and put into production, with initial scale production. The annual production capacity of PTC electric heating films can reach 1.5 million square meters, which can initially meet market demand. Next, investment will continue to be increased, and production scale will be expanded to meet the growing market demand.

With the improvement of electric heating film technology and processes, Liu Xishan and the company's scientific research personnel have continuously developed two major series of electric heating products. One is residential heating products, including low-temperature radiant floor heating encapsulation films suitable for different ground laying, integrated heating wall panels and kang panels suitable for offices and rural "coal-to-electricity" projects, electric heaters suitable for different places, and integrated top heating suitable for workshop workstations and home bathrooms. A series of graphene electric heating products can be remotely controlled by intelligent mobile phone APP, which is intelligent and convenient. The second is a series of health products. After the graphene heating film is energized, it penetrates into the human body and can effectively promote blood circulation, thereby playing a health care role. At the same time, a graphene "sun bed" has been launched, playing an auxiliary physiotherapy role in the field of professional elderly care and postpartum recovery care.

The 21st century is the century of carbon, and graphene is a leader in the carbon family. Liu Xishan will pay more attention to the research and development of graphene preparation and its applications, focusing on quality, building trust, constantly innovating, and striving to make breakthroughs, striving to achieve a win-win situation for society and enterprises, and building the company into a century-old shop in the graphene industry.
