This product uses high-purity natural flake graphite as its core heating material. Through a special manufacturing process, the graphite is transformed into a continuous, uniform conductive heating layer that is sandwiched between high-temperature-resistant insulating substrates (such as PI, PET, epoxy resin, and mica), forming an ultra-thin, flexible, yet rigid electrothermal film. Once energized, the graphite layer efficiently converts electrical energy into far-infrared thermal radiation in the 4–14 μm wavelength range, delivering large-area, glare-free, silent, comfortable, and highly efficient surface heating. It finds wide-ranging applications in building heating, health therapy, industrial insulation, and new energy fields.
Unlike heating elements made of metal wire, carbon paste, or carbon fiber, natural graphite heating cores offer significant advantages such as stable electrical resistance, rapid thermal response, long service life, and extremely low electromagnetic radiation, making them an ideal choice for high-end electric heating film products.
