Graphite conductive plate

　　This product series is made from high-purity expanded worm graphite, which is formed via mold pressing. It is specifically designed for use in high-temperature electric heating equipment such as graphite electrode sintering furnaces (e.g., furnaces for the high-temperature graphitization of lithium battery negative electrode materials and carbon products). The product is characterized by its low density (typical value ≤ 1.0 g/cm³). When installed between electrodes, it serves a dual function: providing both conductive electrical connections and sealing to fill gaps.

　　Under the condition of furnace closure and pressurization, the flexible graphite structure can adapt to minute irregularities on the electrode surfaces, effectively filling the gaps. At the same time, thanks to graphite’s inherent excellent electrical conductivity, it forms a low-resistance current path, ensuring stable transmission of high currents and preventing localized arcing or poor contact. The product is resistant to temperatures up to 3000°C (in an inert atmosphere) and contains no binders or volatile substances, guaranteeing clean and reliable operation even under high-temperature conditions.

　　Suitable for applications in string-fired furnaces that demand high sealing performance, moderate current density, and excellent compression-resilience properties, this product is an ideal replacement for conventional metal conductive components.
