Flexible Graphite Sheet is manufactured through a process involving chemical intercalation, high-temperature expansion, and precision calendering of high-purity natural flake graphite. It contains no binders whatsoever and boasts exceptional properties including superior high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, thermal and electrical conductivity, and flexible sealing performance.
The product can operate reliably over an extended period under extreme temperatures ranging from -200°C to +3000°C (in an inert atmosphere). It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion by acids, bases, solvents, and reducing atmospheres, while also boasting low thermal resistance, high resilience, and superior creep resistance. Its natural layered structure endows the material with exceptional conformability, enabling it to effectively fill uneven surfaces and achieve reliable sealing.
